Arik Broadbent

Arik Broadbent is a corporate and commercial associate lawyer in the Vancouver office of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and provides advice to primarily private companies on a wide range of issues, including: start-up and incorporation, financing transactions, intellectual property, licensing, SaaS contracting and negotiation, and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to practicing law Arik: founded a digital media company with class-mates from the University of Victoria’s Entrepreneurship program; worked in product management, finance and marketing roles for an international online marketplace that was later acquired by Amazon.com; and managed a retail, wholesale and professional services business in the photography and videography industries.

Steve Saville

Steve Saville has an active transactional practice spanning a broad range of industry sectors. He advises clients on corporate and general business matters, as well as domestic and cross-border public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions. Steve represents clients in transactions that range from routine business matters to complicated domestic and international ventures.

Prior to joining the firm in Vancouver, Steve worked in Fasken’s Toronto office, as well as practiced international corporate and finance law with Clifford Chance in London, England from 2006 to 2007.
