Who are you?
I’m a Vancouver-based copywriter, journalist and blogger. I split most of my time between a daytime writing gig for a large tech firm in downtown Vancouver and my own freelance copywriting business. I pretty much spend all my time at work or at home making different combinations of words look pretty.
What’s your background?
Born and raised in Winnipeg. Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Winnipeg. Moved out to the west coast in 1999 to be a writer in the beautiful city of Vancouver and never looked back.
Why are you writing for Techvibes?
Rob Lewis bought me a coffee. Also, I enjoy writing about tech (when I’m not writing about politics, the environment, social media, etc). But mainly, it was the coffee.
Why should I care what you have to say?
My wife tells me I’m a genius. She’s not biased at all.
Anything you need to disclose?
I’m really not Bob Saget, although sometimes I’d like to be.
If you’re such an accomplished writer, how come I’ve never seen your stuff?
Ouch. That hurts. Well, you could start with my personal blog at Currents. If you’d like to see some of my professional writing, feel free to check out my website at WRITEIMAGE. Cheers.
