Android devices are awesome. Until you actually have one, apparently.

New UBS Research revealed that 1 in 3 Android mobile users want to have an iPhone instead. Cnet ran its own poll based on these results and in that instance, 41% of Android users cited they want an iPhone.

Meanwhile, Apple boasts an 89% retention rate with its iPhone, the highest of any mobile brand (by far)—only 6% of iPhone users want a different phone, and 4% are undecided.

Canada-born BlackBerry has lost loyalty, big-time. 18 months ago, its retention rate was a respectable 62%. That number has plunged to a dismal 33%. But it is not as bad as Samsung, which sits at an awful 28%, and Nokia, who is the lowest of all at 24% (falling from 42%).
