12 Awesome Canadian-Made Games Showcased at E3 2012

A slew of major Canadian-produced video game titles are shining at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, highlighting the strength and vitality of Canada’s video game industry. 

“Some of the most anticipated titles at E3 are produced in Canada," said Julien Lavoie, Director of Public Relations at the Entertainment Software Association of Canada. “Publishers and developers in Canada are making waves with games that will be enjoyed the world over. With each passing year, Canada cements its international reputation as a top location to create video games.”   

These are some of the Canadian-made games showcased at this year's E3:

• Assassin’s Creed III by Ubisoft Montreal 

• Batman Arkham City: Armoured Edition by WB Games Montreal

• Cartoon Universe by WB Games Montreal

• Far Cry 3 by Ubisoft Montreal 

• FIFA Soccer 13 by Electronic Arts

• Little Big Planet Karting by United Front Games

• Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth by Ubisoft Quebec 

• NHL 13 by Electronic Arts

• Sound Shapes by Queasy Games 

• The Amazing Spider-Man Game by Beenox and Activison

• Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist by Ubisoft Toronto

• Watchdogs by Ubisoft Montreal
