Three Toronto Startups to Watch

BigBoard

This might be something I'll start using.  We all use calenders right?  The old school paper kind, Google Calender, and a slew of other apps and programs.  As their website says, BigBoard is a daily planner for small teams.  As they explain in their blog, many small teams use a white board in the middle of their office space to see who is doing what and when.  Well, not all teams work in the same space.  Many teams are mobile.  BigBoard hopes to solve this problem by bringing the "white board" to you.

RateHub

Toronto is known in real estate circles as the condo capital of the world.  The real estate market here, and in other places across Canada, continues to thrive.  As a result, consumers have a large choice on where to get mortgage advice and help.  The problem is: Where does one find an unbiased view on the best or lowest rates available?  RateHub promises their visitors that, "our website contains the information you need to find the best mortgage with the lowest rate -- and it`s been designed with you in mind, so it`s easy to use."

PostageApp

Web apps, like their mobile counterparts, seem to be all the rage these days.  However, if you're the company that is developing them you may experience a problem other app developers face: actually sending email from your app.  PostageApp aims to solve this problem by providing developers with an e,ail management solution to improve reporting and reliability.
