Vancouver realtor Kye Grace recently held a 72 Hour Open House in a Gastown condo listing and he sat down with the Real Estate Technology Meetup earlier this week to talk about the results. Grace was able to get plenty of publicity, both positive and negative, and is apparently close to selling the property that has been on the market for sixteen months. Have a watch:
