The Muppets.

Yes, Miss Piggy and Kermit are more than 30 years old.  However, finally, they and the rest of their variety show friends have embraced the internet.  More specifically, YouTube.

MarketingMag.ca is reporting that the puppet franchise has been looking to re-position itself in this new digital age.  Once seen as a children's variety store, The Muppets have taken YouTube by storm.  A recent "Bohemian Rhapsody" parody has generated over 9 million views since debuting just over a week ago.

With a movie in the making The Muppets are looking to take advantage of social media's popularity.  As such they have also set up a Facebook page and a Twitter account.
