Achievers Launches Einstein, a New Tool for Managers to Drive Employee Success

Achievers, which specializes in social employee recognition software, today launched Einstein, a product offering featuring new tools to drive employee success.

The company, which was born in Toronto, says the new product was inspired by Einstein's quote that "everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." The suite of tools promises to result in actionable insight, measurable collaboration, and customizable campaigns.

"We built Achievers' latest release to provide our customers with the means to engage their employees and build strong cultures of Employee Success," said Razor Suleman, founder and chairman of Achievers. "Employee Success is the product of performance and engagement—and our top priority. At Achievers we want to change the way the world works, and today we are providing a new set of tools to get that done."

Achievers was formerly called I Love Rewards. In 2011, the the company raised $24 million in Series C funding led by Sequoia Capital. The round saw Achievers move its North American headquarters from Toronto to San Francisco.
