Adobe Customer Service Seminar in Calgary

We all try to create good experiences for our customers, but it is often easier said than done. This Wednesday, Adobe is hosting a seminar with Forrester Research and Deloitte Consulting to learn about some best practices on winning and retaining customers through throughtful customer experiences. 

Megan Burns will share Forrester's latest research on customer experience and how it affects your business. Ben Watson will go through using Adobe to create personalized, automated services to give your business a competitive edge. From Deloitte, Marcia Douglas will discuss best practices on connecting user experience and content management systems with customer-centered designs. 

The Adobe Customer Service Seminar is this Wednesday morning at The Marriott Hotel from 8:30am to 11:30am.
