Announcing the Winners of the International Startup Festival

This week was the International Startup Festival held in Montreal.

Microsoft Kinect-based medical software startup Jintronix won the top prize, taking home $50,000. The startup was founded in 2010 and is currently raising a seed round of funding.

Openera won the Startup Stage Pitches competition, while Bridge4Events managed the best Elevator Pitch. Storypanada won the Teenagers' Pick Award and Gas Smart won the Grandmother's Pick Award. Openera also won the FounderFuel Prize.
