RateShowroom.com is a new website dedicated to assisting Canadians in the home buying process.

Similar to RateHub and RateSheet, two Toronto startups, Rate Showroom aims to provide choice to consumers by allowing them to compare lenders' rates, rate hold periods, pre-payment options and other benefits or restrictions. Knowledge is power, the saying goes, and the more of it the merrier when it comes to major purchases like real estate.

Rate Showroom also provides the websites for featured lenders, allowing the borrower to learn more about the lender and how to contact them directly online. And consumers can also take advantage of the website’s referral optio to connect with a broker.
