Alfresco, the open platform for social content management, announced that Appnovation, a Vancouver-based dev shop, has been elevated to Platinum Partner status for success in implementing Alfresco’s web content management (WCM) and document management solutions.

The World Wildlife Fund, NBC Universal, MTV Networks and Sage Software are some examples of companies served by Appnovation. Appnovation has designed web and mobile content for these companies focusing on content management and publishing.

Elevation to Platinum status entitles Appnovation to training, promotion, resources for business development activities, technical support and marketing opportunities from Alfresco.

“Working with Alfresco and nurturing this relationship has been paramount to our success at Appnovation over the last few years,” said Arnold Leung, CEO, Appnovation. “To be awarded the Platinum status represents not only a worthy accolade in respect to our work, it denotes yet another augmentation in our mutually beneficial professional goals.”
