In November at the Fusion Digital Media + Venture Forum Ian Andrew Bell of AppSocial impressed the venture capital crowd and was awarded the 1st Runner-Up Prize.
Techvibes called him out for our Digital Media People to Watch in BC in 2010 list in January and a couple days later he took his startup into Bootup Labs and joined their newest cohort.
Today, Bell tweeted that they're on the verge of launching and opening up a Vancouver beta of Tingle.com - "the network for mobile singles".
