Search Engine Strategies Toronto is scheduled for June 8th - 10th at the Sheraton Centre in Toronto. The events kicks off on Day One with a keynote by Tara Hunt, Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Citizen Agency. Hunt is the author of The Whuffie Factor: Using the Power of Social Networks to Build Your Business. She is a frequent speaker on the subject of marketing and community building at technology conferences, including Mesh, the Future of Web Apps, ETech and Web 2.0 Expo. On top of that, Hunt was named by Fast Company to their list of the Most Influential Women in Technology.
Day Two starts with a keynote by Emanuel Rosen, Author of the national bestseller "The Anatomy of Buzz" and "The Anatomy of Buzz Revisited". Prior to writing these books, Rosen was VP Marketing at Niles Software where he was responsible for launching and marketing the company's flagship product EndNote which spread to a large extent by word of mouth. It was during this time that Rosen became interested in buzz and especially in how it can be accelerated.
