Banzza brings ease of use to real estate

Banzza, a new free Canadian real estate listing service, is the brain child of Andrew Carrothers and Leon Apel, two University of Western Ontario students who aim to make real estate data easier to manage for buyers, sellers, owners and renters. Property owners and real estate agents can manage multiple listings, track and save listings, and promote their properties using Bannza's marketing tools. Renters can search for properties and contact landlords online. The site also makes use of Google Maps, allowing users to specify their searches to a certain area or areas. In Vancouver's red-hot real estate market (not to mention the rest of Canada), any tool that gives buyers and sellers an edge is welcome, so it'll be interesting to see how Bannza and other tools to level the playing field as property prices continue to climb.
