Last night BC Business hosted their annual Best Companies to Work for in BC event and the high-tech companies that were honored insisted that retaining employees is not their biggest challenge. Finding the right people in the first place is.

The overall winner – for the fourth straight year – was Vancouver's Strangeloop Networks. Led by twin brothers Jonathan and Joshua Bixby, Strangeloop broadly represents B.C.’s enduring high-tech sector. Other tech companies acknowledged on BC Business list include the following:
