Posted by Warren Frey on Mon, January 21, 2008 9:43 PM · Filed under Vancouver , Venture Capital , Events , Start-up · No Comments

BC tech executives often turn south of the border for serious funding, and on January 22nd a few of BC's tech veterans will share their advice on how to work with American venture capitalists at the Vancouver Enterprise Forum at the VanCity Theatre. They'll break down what worked, what didn't, how they established the groundwork for a successful VC relationship and how the VC culture in the United States differs from BC's own investment climate.

Bill Tam of EQO Communications and Andrew Harries of Zeugma Systems are the featured speakers. James Sherrett from Adhack and Jarrod Levitan of Bean Services will make short presentations about their respective companies. Doors open at 5:30 pm and presentations will begin at 6:45 pm.
