BC Tech Founders Shine at Entrepreneur of Year Awards

Posted by Techvibes NewsDesk

The Ernst & Young Entrepreneurs of the Year for the Pacific Region were announced yesterday in Vancouver. Among the winners were some great entrepreneurs that Techvibes has been tracking closely over the last couple years.

Michael Fergusson, CEO of Ayogo Games, was presented with the Social Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Kenshi Arasaki, Wilkins Chung & Eric Diep, co-founders of A Thinking Ape, were named the Information Technology Entrepreneurs of the Year.

And last but not least, Ryan Holmes of Hootsuite picked up the Entrepreneur of the Year in Media and Entertainment.

This is Holmes' second significant local award of the year as he was named the BC Technology Industry Association's Person of the Year in June of 2012.
