The BC Technology Industry Association is in the process of revising their 2007 TechTalentBC Labour Study and they need your help.

By better understanding the technical skills required by BC companies, the BCTIA and their industry partners can better assist our industry and best guide government and academia on the types of talent that we need to grow, attract and retain in BC.

Contending with the unique economic environment over the past twelve months, the 2009 study will seek to better understand a number of labour-related issues including:

  • Technology sector confidence and growth projections
  • Local and international recruitment activities
  • Skills and talent shortages
  • HR strategies

If you're interested in helping out, take ten minutes to complete BCTIA's online survey now.
