BCTIA's 2007 Technology Impact Awards were handed out last night and some impressive companies took home the hardware. Company of the Year went to Top Producer Systems was selected for the Excellence in Product Innovation award for its Market Snapshotproduct, a tool that allows Realtors to offer customers real-time Multiple Listing Service (MLS) market updates and trend analysis. Errol Samuelson has turned Top Producer into a Realtor Sales and Marketing powerhouse and this trend promises to continue in 2007 with their current In Motion Technology picking up Best Application of Technology award, Digital Payment Technologiesbeing named Emerging Company of the Year. All three companies specialize in connectivity; In Motion for first responder vehicles, Mobidia for multimedia delivery, and Digital PayTech for parking meters and pay stations.
