Bell today announced it has enhanced its Mobile TV service, featuring live and on-demand access to expanded content from CTV, TSN, RDS and other brands in Canadian news, sports, and entertainment media.

Available on smartphones and tablets, this new content complements Bell Mobile TV's content line-up, which includes major-league hockey, football, and soccer sports broadcasts.

"We've combined the unparalleled coverage, quality and reliability of Canada's best broadband mobile network with top-rated content from the leading names in Canadian sports, entertainment and news media," said Wade Oosterman, President of Bell Mobility and Bell Residential Services, and Bell's Chief Brand Officer. "We're offering Canadians a mobile media package unmatched in this country and we believe worldwide. With Bell, Mobile TV just got better."

Bell Mobility's Mobile TV package is the latest step in Bell's "multi-screen strategy" to deliver Canadian and international media and other broadband data services to smartphone, tablet, computer and TV screens.

Bell Mobile TV Sports costs $5 per month for 10 hours (includes data charges) of sports content; Bell Mobile TV Variety costs $5 per month for 10 hours of news, entertainment, and kids content; Bell Tablet TV costs $10 per month for 10 hours of various tablet-specific content offerings; and Bell Mobile HBO costs $5 a month for 10 hours of content from HBO.
