Elastic Path Co-Founder Jason Billingsley announced today on Twitter that he has left Elastic Path to work on a stealth ecommerce startup called Flip Retail.

Billingsley along with Co-Founder Harry Chemko were recently recognized by the Business Development Bank of Canada with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for British Columbia.

“Elastic Path is a shining example of success that has resulted from cutting-edge ideas and high-tech savvy. Harry and Jason stand out as leaders in their field,” BDC president and CEO Jean-René Halde said in a statement.

It should be interesting to see what Billingsley can do this time around. Keep an eye on his Twitter feed to check on his progress.
