BlackBerry CEO: This Company is No Longer for Sale

BlackBerry is no longer for sale, folks.

The Waterloo-based smartphone maker, which tried and failed to sell itself earlier this year, is officially off the market, according to interim chief executive officer John Chen.

In an open letter to customers, Chen wrote that BlackBerry is going back to its "heritage and roots," which he says is enterprise-grade, end-to-end mobile solutions.

"I believe in BlackBerry and I'm confident in our future in enterprise, our technology, and our ability to adapt to changing market needs," the letter reads.
