BlackBerry Becomes Laughing Stock of Smartphone Industry in Viral Meme

BlackBerry has had a rough go of things recently. The company was unable to sell itself this year and as a result of poor performance is in the process of laying off more than 4,000 workers as it struggles to survive.

Adding insult to injury is a meme that's gone viral with more than 3,500 upvotes on Reddit.

The meme suggests that someone forgot their brand new BlackBerry Q10 in a waiting room and, even though it took them two hours to return and retrieve it, was still there, right where they left it. When a smartphone isn't even worth stealing, you may want to rethink paying for one.
