Bootup Labs is booting itself up with Boris Mann introducing their first employee (and Third Musketeer) yesterday. Brendon Wilson (yes, that Brendon) has joined Boris and Danny to be "the attention to detail guy, pushing forward the documentation of Bootup Labs’ investment process, helping to vet potential Bootup Labs recruits, and generally getting things moving. So ladies and gentlemen, start your pitching!" Congrats to all invloved - sounds like a great fit. Bootup Labs' Gastown office will also be the Vancouver host of Rick Segal's upcoming cross-country VC Roundtable on Monday, April 21st at 4pm. Unfortunately, it looks like the event is sold-out.
