And today it was announced that Jung is the new CEO of Canada's Technology Trianlge Inc. - a non-profit organization that promotes the Waterloo Region to investors around the world.

Jung was formerly the President of the Greater Toronto Marketing Alliance and starts his new gig on September 22nd. Jung is familiar with Waterloo Region having lived here during his high school years and while he studied urban and regional planning at the University of Waterloo.

He has been with the Greater Toronto Marketing Alliance, which serves a similar role as Canada’s Technology Triangle, since 1998. Before that, he was the chief executive officer of the Calgary Economic Development Authority.
