Later this month, Canadian experts will convene to discuss the future of the internet in our country.

On February 27, an array of seasoned Canadian internet aficiandos will speak at the 2012 Canadian Internet Forum in Ottawa. Among the notable presenters is Robert Herjavec, an entrepreneur and author who has appeared on Dragons' Den and Shark Tank.

"As one of Canada's leading Internet entrepreneurs, Robert Herjavec lives the business of the Internet," said Byron Holland, President and CEO of the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA). "He is in a great position to provide real world insight into the role the Internet plays in the lives of Canadians."

Other accomplished authorities speaking on the subject include Michael Geist, a professor at the University of Ottawa, and Steve Anderson, the executive director of OpenMedia, a Vancouver-based pro-internet organization.
