The 2013 Canadian Financing Forum is Western Canada’s premiere access to capital event for high growth technology companies.

It takes place on February 21 and 22 at the Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver and is a superb opportunity to network with the who's who of the west coast VC, startup, and corporate strategic communities. Among them in attendance:

  • 40 VC, venture debt, private equity firms and corporate venture groups,
  • 30 emerging companies presenting,
  • and 225 people shaping the tech sector.

Visiting VCs include Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Madrona, Voyager Capital, and iNovia Capital. They'll be joining hometown investors Telus Ventures, Chrysalix, Yaletown Venture Partners, and Vanedge Capital.

The Forum features presentations from Canada's most promising technology companies, as approximately 30 technology companies compete for the attention of top tier investors from across Canada and the United States. Focusing on both Information Technology and Cleantech & Advanced Technology companies, the Canadian Financing Forum matches North American corporate and venture capital investors with entrepreneurs on their way to building world-class technology companies.

Keynote speakers include Beyond the Racks's Yona Shtern and GoInstant's Ben Yoskovitz. The full conference panel is now online.
