Yesterday was the start of the TechStars Winter 2012 program in Boston and TechStars has expanded the cohort to include 13 startups.

Included in the baker's dozen is a Canadian startup hailing from Toronto - Simply Good. According to TechStars short description, Simply Good "makes mobile couponing simple" with their Offer Management System that targets and tracks coupon campaigns.

From Simply Good's blog yesterday:

The first day in the office was great, after some shuffling around with the desks we’ve landed in our new home for atleast the next while. The management and support team here have made the process of settling in seamless and comfortable. On a special note, the bungee cord chairs are the cherry on top ;)

Simply Good is led by CEO Winston Mok, COO Ambrose Choy, and CTO David Man - all ex-Research in Motion Employees.

Co-founder Mok will be speaking at Dx3 Canada conference tomorrow about Simply Good’s newest technological initiative, the Offer Management System and their client Canadian Tire.
