Canadian Teen Threatens to Kill 14-Year-Old Girl on Facebook, Faces Charges

A 14-year-old girl from Windsor is facing police charges after allegedly leaving death threats on another girl's Facebook page.

According to the police, the girls, who are both 14, know each other in real life. One threatened to kill the other, the Canadian Press reports.

The accused Canadian teen has been arrested by investigators and she has been charged with conveying threats to cause death. Details are scarce because the incident is still under investigation and the girl is a minor.

Let's not forget, people, that things said on social media are subject to the law like everything else—and often are the easiest to prove in court.
