Season 3 of CBC's Dragons' Den begins tonight, the venture capital show. When it first launched, I didn't think it would catch on, . This season will feature a new Dragon, Brett Wilson, an investment banker specializing in the energy industry. Via Canadian Entrepreneur, this month's PROFIT magazine features articles covering the show, including followups from past entrepreneurs on the show and a discussion of the stereotypes of pitchers that appear on the show.

Elsewhere on CBC business television, we recently had a CBC producer/cameraman from Venture in our office for a week, following around our officemates TeamPages during their launch week. Look for them on an upcoming episode of Venture.

Dragons' Den runs 8pm on CBC, and also makes episodes available on iTunes.
