If you own a .ca domain name and live in Toronto, mark September 21st on your calendar for the Canadian Internet Registration Authority's Canadians Connected 2010 event.

While the event includes their Annual General Meeting, it will also feature a CIRA Symposium with high profile speakers, networking opportunities, and great prizes including two Apple iPads.

Canadians Connected takes place at 2:00pm at the Westin Harbour Castle and the scheduled keynote speakers are Terry O'Reilly from CBC's The Age of Persuasion and social media expert and author of Six Pixels of Separation Mitch Joel.

As a CIRA Member, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape Canada's Internet.  You'll meet CIRA's Board of Directors and executive team and have the opportunity to ask them questions directly. Most importantly, you can exercise your right to vote at the Annual General Meeting and and play a role in steering CIRA’s future.

Not in Toronto? The opening keynote speaker and panel will also be broadcast live via webcast.
