coincidenceLabs announced the availability of Giftolicious on Facebook today and launched with Vancouver's most prolific chain of restaurants, Earls. Giftolicious is the first “gifting” application specifically designed to facilitate real gift giving in real-time through Facebook.

With Earls Treats powered by Giftolicious, users can send a Earls gift card to a friend and have it immediately delivered in Facebook, have the gift recipient forward the gift number to a mobile phone, and through point-of-sale integration have it redeemed at any Earls physical locations, all in real-time.

Giftolicious is the first in a series of products promised from coincidenceLabs and built on Coincidence, its social commerce platform.

“Earls is thrilled to partner with coincidenceLabs and Giftolicious to bring ‘Earls Treats’ to our customers,” said Taili Coates, Marketing Manager, Earls Restaurants Ltd. “This is an exciting time in social media marketing. Creating a platform for Facebook users to send REAL Earls gifts to their friends is revolutionary and our partnership with the highly talented team at coincidenceLabs has allowed us to make this a reality in a very short period of time.”

coincidenceLabs is a "social commerce company" and it's CEO is Divesh Sisodraker. Their social commerce platform coincidently labelled Coincidence, will power a portfolio of products dedicated to helping consumer focused organizations drive revenue and customer loyalty. The Coincidence Social Commerce Platform is fully extensible and lets brands create integrated consumer experiences across mobile applications, social networks, email and text messaging.
