ComScore's Top Startups in Canada - April 2009

Posted by Rob Lewis on Thu, April 9, 2009 11:33 AM · Filed under Calgary, Edmonton, Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Kitchener-Waterloo, Atlantic-Canada , Research & Infographics · Comments

As a follow-up to PEER 1's April 2009 Canada Startup Index yesterday, comScore has provided us with their take on the top contenders based on February 2009 data.

In the above chart, the Online % Reach is the percentage of Canadians online that each entity reaches. As an example, Metrolyrics reached 9.1% of all Canadians during February.

Overall the numbers aren't much different than last month other than Transcontinental's Weblocal.ca dropping back down 1.0% to 5.6% and giving the #2 spot back to Plentyoffish.

Thanks again to comScore for sharing this valuable data with Techvibes.
