Mashface LogoMontreal's Xtranormal was one of five Canadian companies that presented at DEMO 08 back in January, where their character animation software won a DEMOgod award. That technology is still in closed beta, but they've launched Mashface, a similar but tangental mashup app that focuses on the fun and silly. Like those segments on Late Night with Conan O'Brian, Mashface allows you overlay moving lips and audio on top of a picture, and saves it as an embedable flash movie.
