CreativeMornings is an international monthly breakfast lecture series for creative types and it's coming to Vancouver thanks to local designer Mark Busse.

The free monthly lecture series is already established in cities including San Francisco, London and Berlin and will be arriving in Vancouver on September 2nd. Each event is free of charge, and includes a 20 minute talk, plus coffee.

Busse, founding partner of Industrial Brand, is leading a team of 13 hand-picked volunteers putting the series together in Vancouver. The inaugural event at the W2 Media Cafe will see Flickr Founder Stewart Butterfield tell his story in 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes for questions.

There are 150 seats available at the first Vancouver CreativeMornings, but the free tickets won't be available online until August 29th.
