CVCA releases study on Venture Capital in Canada

The Canada's Venture Capital & Private Equity Association has released a comprehensive study on the impact of venture capital in Canada on the economy, jobs and innovation. The report titled Why Venture Capital is Essential to the Canadian Economy was co-funded by the CVCA, BDC, Industry Canada and provincial government partners.

This report is the most exhaustive ever of the Venture Capital industry in Canada and comes at a time when competitiveness and the renewal of the Canadian economy needs to be on the public agenda.
