Dave Morin, Facebook's senior platform manager, was able to video chat with attendees at the Facebook Developer Garage at the Vancouver Film School on October 23rd, until exceedingly limited bandwidth cut his question and answer session short. Morin was originally slated to be at the Garage in person, but an all-hands announcement at Facebook headquarters kept him at work. Morin wasn't able to elaborate on the meeting, but word has it via AllFacebook.com that Facebook plans to add a "Social Ad" network on November 6th.
