Via Mark Lise, DemoCamp Victoria is returning for it's second iteration, happening October 30, 2008, 5pm, at 834 Johnson St, Victoria. It's been half a year since the first successful event. It looks like there's space on the presenter's list, you can add yourself to the wiki. You can sign up for the event on Facebook, or join the group to be notified of future events.
No upcoming DemoCamps are planned for Vancouver at the moment, but next week's Ideas On Tap shares it's spirit, featuring elevator pitches from five contestants. The pub atmosphere will certainly make it social and lively. For me, that evokes memories of last summer's DemoCamp Vancouver 2, when the crowd was squeezed into the upstairs of the Irish Heather.
