Last week I accompanied Chris Fyvie on an appointment to see Derek Szeto. Derek, as many of you may already know, is the founder of Toronto-based RedFlagDeals.ca. RFD was recently purchased by the Yellow Pages Group. For those who don't know Chris, he is a real estate agent who specializes in helping Toronto-based tech companies find commerical space.
