DigiBC signs MOU with Washington State and invites networking

Tomorrow DigiBC is hosting a private B2Bnetworking session at the BC 2010 Commerce Centre with ten top companies from Seattle involved in the Games and Interactive Industry in Washington State. The focus of the event will be the signing an MOU between DigiBC and Enterprise Seattle, the agency that promotes investment and industry development in Washington State.

The signing ceremony will be preceded by a Private VX Roundtable (the last in the VX Conversations Series organised by DigiBC), that will bring together C-level executives from 20 top Digital Media and wireless companies from BC and Seattle, to discuss potential areas of collaboration and synergy between our neighbouring clusters.

US Companies that have been invited to this exclusive VX Conversations event include Real Games, Microsoft Game Studios, Big Fish Games, Pop Cap Games, Hidden Path and Z2Live etc.

The program will be opened to the public from 3:30pm on and include networking and presentations on the Interactive Media Competitiveness 2010 Study by the Washington Interactive Network as well as an overview of the Games & Social Media industries in Washington State today.
