• In a role reporting directly to the company's CEO, "own" the web product Suite101.com
• Lead web site development from business problem to product, working directly with stakeholders across the company
• Manage a growing team of 8+ direct reports: web developers, database, QA and UI specialists
• Continuously optimize the user experience of existing and new site features
• Proactively design the site's architecture for highly scalable web applications
• Maintain appropriate documentation and site testing procedures
