Domain7 acquires Search Intelligence

Long-time Techvibes sponsor and the Fraser Valley's leading web agency, Domain7 have announced the acquisition of White Rock based online marketing company Search Intelligence. After working together for seven years, Domain7 has brought the Search Intelligence in-house to join its team of web and marketing specialists.

"It's exciting to be able to offer our clients a more integrated and strategic approach when it comes to online and search marketing," said Shawn Neumann, founder and owner of Domain7. "We are confident our newest team members will provide a valuable, results-based approach in the area of search expertise for our clients." Search Intelligence principal Geoff Killam, and colleague Scott MacGregor bring over 20 years of combined search marketing experience between the two of them alone.

Looks like a smart move all-around. Domain7 is able to offer a wider range of strategy, design and technology services to their clients at a time when SEO, paid-placement, and social media campaigns are becoming imperative to success online.

The acquisiton brings 12 year-old Domain7's headcount up to 22.
