Plastic Mobile and TeamBuy Team Up to Launch App

Toronto-based startup TeamBuy chose fellow Toronto-based mobile agency, Plastic Mobile, to help develop and launch a mobile app. Now, TeamBuy users can buy vouchers on the fly.

“The immediacy of mobile offers the perfect synergy to the latest developments in the group buying space,” says Plastic Mobile President and COO, Melody Adhami.

TeamBuy's free mobile app uses geo-location to offer deals pertinent to the users nearby area and allows TeamBuy users to track their purchases and redeem them directly from any iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Android phone. The “Team Bucks” is also built in.
