Dreamforce by the Numbers: Record-setting 130,000 Attendees and 350 Cloud Companies

Posted by Rob Lewis

Dreamforce continues to be a force in the events arena. The 11th-annual Salesforce event is posting record numbers once again this year.

This week, Dreamforce welcomes a staggering 135,000 attendees, including nearly 5,000 C-suite executives. 200,000 more people are expected to engage with the event live online.

Dreamforce is the largest gathering of cloud companies under one roof—more than 350 this year—and the event boasts heavyweight speakers such as Sheryl Sandberg, Marissa Mayer, and Marc Benioff.

In terms of diversity, attendees come from 82 different countries and will have the opportunity to choose from more than 1,200 sessions and compete for the largest single hackathon prize ever.

Those who cannot attend Dreamforce in person can experience Dreamforce from anywhere on Salesforce Live broadcasts, which will stream general session keynotes, interviews with industry luminaries and more.
