The Edmonton Flash User Group (EFUG) will be holding its September 2008 meeting on Monday the 15th. This time the group will learn about two locally launched projects. First up is Cricothyrotomy by Caldwell Creative, an online surgical simulation developed for the University of Alberta's Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. Second is DIRECTV SUPERCAST by gskinner.com, an online service providing real-time NFL video and game stats. This project is particularly interesting in that it uses a combination of GTween/TweenLite, Flash, Flex, and AIR technologies.
The meeting starts at 7pm at The Billiard Club on Whyte. More information here.
