Have you ever tried to sell something online and nobody seemed to even look at it? It’s annoying. If only you could pay someone to help you spread the word about it, you’d undoubtedly have a better chance of selling it. Turns out, Edmonton’s pluggin.it had the very same though and built a website around the idea.

Here’s the deal. You login, post the item you are selling and list a reward for someone if they plug the item and it sells. Currently, people can plug items on Twitter and Facebook.  There aren’t too many items at the moment,as they are only in beta. When there are more listings, you can imagine you’d be able to find things to plug you know your friends would be interested in.

Do you think this model will work? Would you use pluggin.it to sell something?
