Engagement Labs a free version of its social media analytics and benchmarking tool.
The Montreal-based startup says its eValue analytics will provide any brand present on Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube (and soon LinkedIn) with a score measuring their company’s social media performance and benchmarking it against 55,000 global brands updated hourly using three sub scores: engagement, impact and responsiveness.
The Canadian company says the objective of eValue is to position it analytics to become the global standard measurement for social media brand performance. The product is a cloud-based software-as-a-service tool based on an algorithm and artificial intelligence first developed in 2012.
“Evalue analytics assists brands in measuring their online influence, engagement levels and responsiveness, providing CMOs, marketing teams and their advertising/marketing agencies with real-time insights to improve the impact of their message,” explains Paul Allard, CEO of Engagement Labs. “Advertising/marketing agencies can showcase to their clients their brand’s social media performance."
