Executive cut from Facebook Canada

According to the Financial Post, Louise Clements is no longer working at Facebook's Canadian offices.  In an email sent to the paper's website, the company said:

Louise Clements is no longer with Facebook.  We wish her well in future endeavours.

Louise had just been with Facebook's Toronto offices for approximately a year.  No reason was given as to why Louise and Facebook have parted ways.

Does this signal a change in direction for Facebook in regards to their Canadian presence?
