Facebook has revealed some new statistics related to its App Center, which it launched in the US in June and in Canada in July.
According to the social network, more than 150 million people have used the App Center in the past month. And the new central hub for apps and games is driving 2.4 times more installs than the site's old dashboard.
Not only are installs up, but so is engagement, Facebook affirms: those who install apps via the App Center are 35% more likely than the average users to return to that app the next day. Over 235 million people play games on Facebook each month now, the company also said, up 8.4% since the beginning of the year.
